About Us

Who we are

We are a nonprofit  (501 C3) transitional/sober living home offering room and board to women ages 18 - 30 years of age. Services are provided on a sliding scale.


Our purpose is to provide shelter in a caring home environment allowing women to unfold to their full potential preparing them to become responsible, giving members of our community...and ultimately finding their own "secret place".

Eligibility

  • Women ages 18 - 30 years of age who struggle with addictions
  • Must have a valid identification (drivers license or other State issued identification card)
  • Willing to participate fully in the program which includes obtaining and maintaining sobriety, enrollment in a continuing educational program (e.g. GED or attending college or occupational classes) and making positive progress towards meeting personal goals

Services

In addition to room and board, the following are some of the supportive services that are provided:

  • Assistance with goal planning including personal, family, education and employment
  • Emphasis on behavior modification and anger management
  • Individual and group counseling
  • Educational teaching modules aimed at breaking the cycles of addiction
  • Educational opportunities (GED), occupational job training/certification, college
  • Drug-free recreation and leisure time activities
